To Make an Online Payment:
This method is accessible to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There may be times when the system is down for maintenance or is inaccessible. If your loan account is delinquent, this payment option is not available.
Payments made prior to 8:00 pm CST Monday - Friday will be posted to your account the same business day. Payments submitted after 8:00 pm CST Monday - Friday will be posted to your loan account the next business day. Payments made on weekends or holidays will be posted to your account the next business day.
If you make a payment online but your loan has been transferred to a new service provider, we will forward the payment to the new service provider within 5 business days to ensure the availability of funds. For faster crediting of your payment, please make the payment directly to the new service provider. If you are unsure of where to make your payment, please contact our loan servicing department at (800) 239-6929.
