To report a lost or stolen debit card during business hours:
- Call (205) 391-6700 and ask for anyone in our retail department.
For after hours assistance, use any of the options below:
- Call (205) 391-6161 to use our automated phone service to report the card.
- On the Mobile App or Online Banking, go to Card Management. Find the card you need to report, and click Report Lost or Stolen.
- Call (800) VISA-911. This number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
